Olivereao – Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Olivereao. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges work in line with UK Consumer Rights.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • Free from stains, marks, or damage

  • In their original packaging

  • With all labels and tags still attached

We cannot accept returns on the following unless faulty:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Customised or personalised items

  • Clearance/final-sale items (if stated on the product page)


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the product is faulty or damaged

We will respond with return instructions within 1–3 business days.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

  • The item remains your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when returning a faulty or incorrect item.


5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and photo evidence.

If confirmed, you may receive a:

  • Replacement item

  • Store credit

  • Full refund (including shipping costs)

Faults caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not covered.


6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.

If the item is unavailable, we will offer:

  • A refund

  • Store credit

  • An alternative item (price differences may apply)


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider — processing can take several days.

  3. If still unresolved, email us at olivereao@outlook.com.


8. Items Returned Without Approval

Items sent back to us without a prior return request may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.


9. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns unless stated otherwise.

  • Sale items may be non-returnable if clearly labelled as such.
